Ed Hensel came to faith in Christ in 1979. He has served as a pastor and evangelist, pouring himself into the work of making disciples and teaching the Scriptures.
Now he travels internationally as a speaker and house church planter, helping believers around the world rediscover the richness of the Bible's prophetic message. He describes himself simply as a disciple of Jesus.
His book, A Map, Not a Mystery, grew out of years of study, pastoral conversations, and a deep conviction that the church deserves better than sensationalized prophecy charts. Ed believes that when we read the Bible's prophetic texts in their historical context, what we find is not confusion but clarity — not fear but hope.
When he is not writing or teaching, Ed can be found investing in the next generation of church leaders and speaking at conferences, retreats, and house church gatherings worldwide.
